Depends on what you will do with the scope ...

Its completly full of rust and the rear part is missing. So the basics for restauration are not given any more ...

I would not buy such a scope ...

It seems to be an AJACK4x90 with commercial claw mounts. As it is without extended rain shield, I doubt it was made under military contract. Compare it with this one (military AJACK for LSR).

And perhaps the distance between front and rear mount will not fit K98k receivers (seems to be too short). So I also doubt it was mounted on a K98k rifle.
