    K98 GR. Launcher Left handed

    Hello,

I have this K98 Gr. launcher set for some time now and i spotted out that the lever for fastening is on the left side instead of the right. I've been told that these where made this way for left handed soldiers.

I'm not sure that this is true and would be glad to hear some opinions on this.

    Thx,

    Kris

What idiot expounded that theory, then why are the sights not designed to go on for a L/H firer?

As far as I know being left handed was not OK in Germany. That's what I was told by a German co-worker.

Left handed was not encourage let alone would they make specific equipment for them to use. More than likely the guy assembling it just got the 2 clamps switched around.

              My thoughts exactly
Very well made but not as close to well known original examples
              The markings are the giveaway

The grenade launcher for the G43 has the lever on the left side. This is not one of those.

Sorry for the bad news, but the others are correct in declaring your set to be fake.
