Nice - honest looking gun . Exceptionally nice straw and a neat serial # . Grips numbered ? I will admit to liking neat serial #'s and yours makes grade . Congrats Dave

Thanks for your comments, guys, and apologies for the double photo post. I was in a hurry...
All matching, except mag and left grip.
Interestingly, this centenarian came out of an old collection locally. It was slathered with vaseline, or some such preservative (thankfully not cosmoline). I think that is what helped preserve it. The side plate shows the most wear, which leads me to believe that it spent most of it's life laying on it's left side in a dusty drawer. As you can see, the right side is almost pristine. And yes, the straw is remarkable.
And Dave, I'm like you... a fool for the numbers thing.

I agree it hasn't seen much use. It could have been a WW I capture that was brought here and has just been sitting ever since. Very nice find.

                      neat #'s

Had a couple out of the bank box for a photo op and this one has a neat # also . Common 41 BYF with a little something else from 1941 . Nice 21 BTW . Yeah on the neat # thing - it adds a little extra twist !!!!
