    Thank you for providing the photo. I have pointed with red lines the impression of the second stamp within which the B is found. Notice the square sides of the stamp and right angle corners indicated by the red lines. This indicates the B was cut within the head of the stamp IMO. Also notice the crude swaz, the uneven tail feathers, the the uneven line along the top of the wings.

          The Eagle...

          I went through my examples of this type of holster and only found one that wasn’t maker/date marked, the source is the same as yours. On your holster is that a raised dimple due to pressure from the inside of the holster ? (pressure point is down and to the left), it appears similar to the pronounced dimple on mine which is from a pistol.
