question about Siamese Lee Enfield No.1 Mk.3

hello,

i have a couple of questions about a siamese lee enfield: i understand that there were only 10,000 made? can somebody tell me more about it? i am not into lee enfields and more into the k98k's

how rare are they? and are there fake siamese lee enfields? can somebody tell me the value of this type of gun? it is in good shape and i will post some pictures as soon i get some good detailed pic's
