Question on MP40 Magazines

Recently had a chance to pick up 6 Mags in pouches. Pouches are very well made reproductions. But I'm no expert on MP40's so need some advice as to if the Mags are authentic. They are in excellent condition and marked "MP41 patent schmeisser with Haenel arrow logo." Five are double stamped with an eagle above 37. The sixth one has the eagle above 37 across from a H in a circle. Any ideas on these will be greatly appreciated.

It sounds good, not for MP40 but for MP41. MP41 mags are rarer than those MP40, and fit the same. Anyhow, to confirm some pics would be great. MP41 is a police kind of weapon and mags were marked for that but are interchangeable with the MP40.
