Ithaca Model 37 trench Gun

I'm going to look at this Model 37 riot/trench gun. It's parkerized, not military marked and in near mint condition. Serial number is a little over 1 million, dating it to about 1968 if the info I found on the net is correct. I'm guessing it was police issue not military issue. Any idea of what's it's worth these days???

Here's more pictures, when I finally had it in hand , it was better than I thought! It doesn't look like even a screw has been touched since new and barely if ever fired.
