Luger Holster......?? I think not......

Hi Guys,
Can i have your thoughts on this please.
The seller says it is a Luger holster, but it does not look as if it has ever had a Luger in it to me.........
But i was interested in the embossed eagle and ink stamps.......
But the seller says these are the only marks, no date, maker or WaA stamps.

What do you think.........???

Definately not a luger holster. the shape looks similar to a Hipower holster, but have never seen that type of attachment to the flap strap before.

I,ve seen this holster or one like it on ebay. I beleive it is for a Norway copy of the Colt 1911. If you decide you don,t want it tell me since I picked up one of those pistols a few months back. Regards ; Danny

Hmm, Hipower was my thought too..........
What really got my attention was the eagle stamp on the flap, never seen anything like that before....
But the absense of a date, maker or WaA stamp bothered me.......
Bit of an oddity, this one, i think i will leave it.

Hi Steve, I remember seeing these style of holsters, with a large embossed eagle on them back in the late 1970's. I always thought, and still do, that they were fantasy items.

Same thing I think about this holster! Bogus!
I've seen this holster, not on ebay, but in person! Someone sent it to me for a personal inspection! Trust me, it's not good!
