saw this mp44 manual on e bay USA it is a total fake , seen these at militaria fairs in france staind and dirttyed up to look old, i wonder who is making these .

How much do they sell for new? This one is only getting $11 or so. That hardly seems worth the effort.

I agree that definitely is a fake...paper looks way too thick and stiff and anytime you see water marks like that look out. I wouldn't pay more than $10 for a copy. Originals go for $150 to $200 - Bill

A good friend of mine just sold an Original one on eBay for $575.00!!!....$200 + for a repop is just plain crazy but remember what P.T. Barnum said..."A fool and his money are soon parted". Bodes

I sent an email to the seller of the MP44 booklet and this was his response!! Bill


What makes me think this is the original manual???!!!!15 years of collecting.If you don't like my item please do not bid on it.

I believe the seller said he was in france yet I see a Czech republic email address listed? 15 years of collecting copies that he believes are original? I would steer clear of this fellow.

Do you guys think it's a simple photocopy of the original ?
Any luck someone has some pics of a good one available ? If so, thanks to post a couple of them here, if you don't mind : I'd like to see how a real booklet looks like ; and BTW get the chance to compare it to this repro...

And I wasn't aware such an original was worth THAT much !!!! Gosh !
