Hi guys,

I have an offer to buy this Luger & holster but before negotiating a price, I wanted to ensure they are original. All Luger parts are stamped 93 except the magazine which looks to be 37 (or 87). It comes with a holster (marked 1941) and some sort of tool (for cleaning?).


Apologies for all the pictures but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible. Any and all opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Tool SE/63 - real
1941 Police Holster- real
1941/42 fxo magazine- real
1936 luger- real but not original finish. Small parts (trigger etc) should be strawed.
Shooter at best.

I agree with tharpo altough reblue does not look recently done. Maybe just some parts were blued, can't say from the pics. Still a nice set.

The finish may be original, with corrosion from being stored in its holster. Should make a nice shooter, I'd still have it checked out by a gunsmith.
