Interesting device.
Support for shooting with rifle, used in pre-war lithuanian army.
Me interested it's made in Germany (lithuanian army in pre-war period used more germans things)?

Wow, that is interesting! The soldier in the photo appears to be using a P17 Enfield aka "American Enfield."

I can't help you regarding whether the support is German-made though.

the rifle is not a P17 enfield it is a P14 enfield.you can see the front volley sight just behind the lower band.the Lithuanian P14 was rebarreled to 8mm mauser.
