What you have is a later waffenamt PP. Based on pics condition looks to be very good but not mint. I suspect you will hear prices ranging from $500 to $1K. Suggest you go to gunbroker.com and search for comparables that have sold. Like anything else - ignore what sellers want and just pay attention to what the item changed hands for. Take an average of what you see and you will have an answer you can feel comfortable with.
