We have many .22 trainers with SA Gruppe Numbers. Is there any reference to find the meaning of these numbers?

Hey up there in Galesburg! The SA Gruppen were named not numbered. The numbers you see on the trainers are probably Sturm/Standart numbers, ie. 6/72, or Sturmbann/Standart numbers, ie. II/72. And yes there are listings of unit numbers. I helped Bob with some identifying of presentation unit numbers in the past.
