    MP44 parts original??

    Hello,

    I would like to get some opinions on whether these MP44 parts (the magazine and the wooden stock) are original WW2 items?

      Magazin 100% modern manufacturing.
      Its price is 70 euros in retail sales in Germany.

      Wooden butt - replica, steel holder with a stamp - the original.

      A common practice today.

        Buttstock has an inappropriate type of wood, with a wrong notch on the back of the stock, irregularly shaped sling attachment for fixing strap.
        Is visible fresh processing.

            Thank you Ukrainer for the help, I did think that on the magazine especially, there are signs of fake ageing (scratches) to the metal. Thanks again

              Hi Patty, i cant offer opinions on these parts as im no expert, but i would love to own an MP44 - my next purchase is a MP40

                As already stated - but, I will repeat - the only original piece is the stock mounting bracket.
                PM me if you want to sell it, I need this part, lol.

                This is mine. The receiver and stock mounting bracket are fake - the law prevents me putting a real receiver on it, but I would like to replace the shoei stock mounting bracket.

                  Hi Pit,

                  i'm afraid that in this case it's not just the parts shown for sale, they belong to a complete MP44 that I was going to get, but not any more it seems....

                  if i find a stock mounting bracket I'll let you know!

                    Hi Phil, good choice with the MP40 as well, I was thinking which one to get first, but I'll probably do it the other way around, MP44 then MP40. Good luck in finding one!
