German Holster Construction

I originally posted this in the equipment forum with no luck...
Could someone please tell me if they have ever encountered this type of belt loop stitching on war time produced holsters - as seen in Figure A.?

All the examples I have seen typically use the type of stitching as seen in Figure B.

I can certainly post additional photos but it is the stitching on the belt loop I have concerns with.

Any comments are greatly appreciated, pos or neg... don't be shy.

My concerns are that I may have a postwar holster with a fake stamp.

Items of note:

No other markings that I could tell
What appears to be a correct stud and general construction
Impressions & signs of use from the firearm it holstered
and It smells like it should

Could someone please lend their opinion on this?

It looks correct to me..Yes..I have seen this box stitch before on pre 45 small auto holsters.

Is the stud steel? Was it turned on a lathe or can you see casting lines in it?

Thanks Jerry... I already feel a little better.

As for the stud - I'm pretty certain it's steel and looks to have been turned.
It looks similar to the studs found on original MP40 pouches.

Well, I can't see anything suspect about it. Most postwar studs are cast and have a cast line. Pre 45 studs are mostly lathe turned. All the stitching looks correct. Stamp is correctly placed. Nicely made mag pouch, good quality leather..I would have to call it good.
