Dutch Schwarzlose tripod used after 1940

I did get this heavy machine gun tripod recently. I found out it is dutch "drievoetaffuit M.25" for Schwarzlose.

It seems to be refurbished for german army after 1940, cause the whole paint seems to be regular german dark green paint (with red primer) - with total three Waffenamt markings under the paint - undoubtly original stamped.

German army did use dutch Schwarzlose machine guns as sMG 243 (h), sMG 242 (h), sMG 241 (h).

The whole tripod is complete, 100% working and 100% original.

What is market value for such one example?

As with most of such items its dependant on whether someone has a schwarzlose in need of a mount. I found a WW1 schwarzlose mount recently for £600. Yours is a lovely item but will depend on how many buyers are out there with a schwarzlose.

I know of two schwarzlose owners both who already have mounts.

    Regards,

    Bigsie
