mp44 7.92x33 boxed ammunition worth??

Hi all

Just wondering what a box of inert mp44 7.92x33 ammunition is worth I have six boxes without labels and are late war manufacture de 45= Hugo Schneider AG are the ones with labels worth more? I expect they would be?

I'd expect it's worth quite a bit. Last time I saw Kurtz ammo for sale on Ebay, I think they went for about £18 just for 3 or 4 rounds and no box!

Hi Soldat1,

I can't speak to your specific ammo since it is inert but, in the US, a nice clean box of 8mm kurz with a label sells for about $75 to someone who is a serious ammo collector. I see separate rounds at shows for $1.50 to $2.00. I have bought a box for as little as $10 but that is very unusual.

I believe you would have to deduct for the absense of the label and also because the ammo isn't live. How much, I'm not sure.

thanks for the help on the price of this rare ammo, did see some at Beltring this year loose rounds on two stalls, i think this is about the price here for deactivated boxes of ammo,£18 is a fare bit for 3 or 4 rounds but maybe thats not so bad a price!
