Amerikan AR-15 AR-16

Hello collector friends,
I found this offer on the german net.
I wonder about the high price. In germany costs an AR-16 usually
about 1100, - Euro. This AR-15 costs much more.
This AR-15 is much more expensive (about 1700, - Euro)?
Why?
Is there an explanation?

AR-15 is semiauto, M-16 which is what your picture shows is full auto. With that being said semiauto is cheaper than full auto.

thats a very early M16, by looking at most of the parts, 1964 thru 1966 very nice and complete unmessed with piece!!! Especially the chrome bolt carrier, rare!!

According to a few LRRP autobiographies I have read. Light Infantry units in SE Asia had been using the AR-15 few a few years before they started getting outfitted with M-16s.
