Thoughts on these Mauser

Looking to buy a sniper rifle but does not need to be totaly original as only need for shooting what do you think of these on this site as I have no clue what to look for a made up post war would do but not modern I like the z41 and what about the

Hensolt Diaytan scoped ones ? any help will be apreciated

Sniper?

G'Day Robert, The site you added sells what you asked for , made up snipers. That being said I do not know how much you would pay in the U.K. for a shootable( i assume you what to shoot it) K98. Because you can pick up a reproduction LRS and scope from EBay or mounts from a few U.S. sites (high and low rise mounts). You would have to get them fitted but you may get out for less than the fifteen hundred quid they are asking.

Thanks for reply good K98s are hard to come by here as live weapons, see so many nice ones deactivated! The price range is about £350 up this guys are by the look
Of it ex Russian capture and he wants a lot for then. Not sure if it would be worth puting one together myself as this would work out fairly expensive. Are the scopes on his guns mostly post war ones like I say as long as it looks the part and shoots well for down the range.
