k98 with ZF41 mount is it real or not????

i am wondering for if the mount of this k98 rifle is real.
somebody wants to sell me this rifle.
its a number matching BYF 44 with a "original mount"
there are alot of fakes and i am wondering if somebody can tell me is it real or not?

the scope was here to find out for if it was real, that's what the seller told me and i got the link to it so it is definitely real haha.

Does it have a byf stock? WaA135 on the right side? The stock certainly looks like it has never been touched or recently cut, so it is likely to be ok. Always tough to tell on the rail/ sight assembly in today's market.
