Has anybody ever seen a picture of the pistol that goes in this holster? The scan is almost life size (tiny bit smaller), but this is for a pistol smaller than a Makarov, probably of the Browning .380/European 7.65 "suicide special" variety...
From the designation, apparently introduced in 1926, but it was never a general issue weapon, being issued to Generals and other Party Potentates who didn't want to lug around the stolid old Nagant revolver or the M1911-Colt lookalike Tokarev.
Unfortunately the maker/date stamp on this one was worn smooth by the long vanished gun.
Anybody out there that can post a scan and some specs on this pistol?
