I do not know the first thing about mortars, however it might be a Gustloff Werke made mortar, they made a lot of them up until 1943, they made two types, mostly 50 mm varieties. You might do more pictures of the markings.

I have never seen one of their mortars, so I do not know how they were marked or what to look for, but it "looks" like I can make out "bcd" and "43" in the markings. It might give you a starting point if you can see the acceptance (waffenamt) and full set of markings.

Looks ok.
I saw one for sale complete in his wooden case etc... for 10 000€

Looks great, a hard to find weapon.
All the ones I've seen are bcd coded.
