can anyone identify ammo pouche from description?

Looks like standard 98k ammo pouch. Except: smooth leather, non-pebbled. All stitch construction-no rivets. Metal hardware is BRASS not steel, Alum or Zinc. Leather is unfinished-tanned not black or brown dyed. Strange circular marking w/ letters.....can not make out what it says. Thanks for any help.

Sounds like Turkish to me, Yugo M48 pouches have 2 pockets instead of 3. Both worth about 5 bucks all day long.
