AA Sight Opinions Needed

I found this sight for sale and would appreciate some feedback on whether it is a good one or not From what I have read on the forum today it looks like a MG34 sight. Is this correct? It seems these have been extensively faked so any comments on whether this is a good one or not would be appreciated.
