Mauser rifle identification help

Hello everyone,

Could anyone help me identify this rifle please?
It is the same size as a K98 but has a straight G98 style bolt, top wood and swing swivels. The receiver is unmarked, but it does have an Imperial crown B U V on the receiver as well as a Crown BV stamp and also WaA63 stamps beneath the sight.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Greg can you post the pics of the rest of the markings that you are talking about?

Not the best quality pictures I'm afraid, but these show the other markings.
The top of the receiver has no stamping, but this might be because it has been ground down, but I'm not sure.

Markings on the side of the receiver resemble some found on a Standard Modell commercial Mauser.....However, those had the Mauser banner on the top of the receiver and Standard Modell on the side.....The front sight has been fitted with a sight protector, so it couldn't have been issued with that during the Standard Modell period which was before the second world war.....Stock is also missing finger groove found on the Standard Modell or Chinese contract mausers......Bodes

Look below I think ive nailed it down to two possibles, but appears it could be likely a CZ. check the other markings on the last link in the next frame.

The barell is not origin to the reciever, looks like the barell is later , probably from Mauser as WaA63 there, the reciever is of commerzial production, possible the buttstock is from other rifle too, is totall mismatch later english proofed.

Thanks for the feedback. This makes sense to me now, as the stamps on the receiver didn't go with the WaA63s stamps. I may well try and move it on.
