Luger Tool, Is it Imperial?

My guess is this is an imperial P08 Luger tool with the crown and what appears to be a letter? It's seen better days but still a tool. Thanks.

This is an Imperial German Luger tool. The marking is the Abnahmestempel mit Krone (acceptance stamp with crown, source The Luger Story). The letter under the crown is the principal inspector's initial, kind of looks like it may be the letter T to me though it is hard to tell.

Looks like a good tool with some pitting, but should still function.
