Just got this deactivated PPSH 41 its a really cool looking gun. The gun is extremely heavy !! Not certain if its Russian??

I handled one a few years back at a militaria show and was surprised at how badly it handled, front heavy and unwieldy IMO but they used them to good effect at any rate. This one looks Russian to me but I am not 100% on that.

Yes...I got the zelt at an auction a few years ago, it has a patch made out of SS zeltbahn ..

That is a great looking example. Shooting the PPSh 41 is a real blast. The 71 rd. mag. really lets you hose down the target. It is heavy, 11 lbs with full mag. but this helps keep it steady. One of the reasons the Soviets kicked &ss.
