    Luger Holster

I have no idea about this type of thing but it was offered to me... Is it worth picking up and passing it along to someone here that would appreciate it? Is there a market for holsters? What would be a reasonable price?

      I would leave it.
      It's a f****d-up P08 holster.

      regards,

Yikes! What a shock to see this terrible destruction to what once was a beautiful piece of workmanship !

That's a shame but it happened. Holsters had practically no value to the GIs. It's not worth much but if you needed belt loops and/or a spare mag pouch, that much could be salvaged.

              Regards, Leon

Sorry to show such a horrific holster!

Looks like a $5 item to me. The mag pouch and belt loops could be salvaged and used by someone like Jerry Burney, for the repair/restoration of other similar holsters.

Josh, I restore Luger holsters and am always on the lookout for parts holsters like Alan says..Unfortunately this holster is about gone..The loops are useable as is the magazine pouch..at least as much of it as I can see. Trouble is..the value is just not there. By the time one picks up something like this, pays shipping..it's already more than it's worth. Now if it had the strap buckle..I am always looking for those!
This is the kind of holster I would gladly pay $5.00 for at a gun show ...
Thanks for showing it anyway! Good of you to think of others who might want it for some reason..

Glad to post - either mint or in this condition - not really my interest, but I love giving the opportunity to pass it on to someone that would appreciate it. Unfortunately I told the seller to buy a colt and pretend he's a cowbow!
