    luger holster with tk

    Hi guys i have this holster on its way to me, the tk could have been vet applied but is it also possible that it was applied by origional owner ? i did a search and found a few threads on impressed tks on holsters and the genuine ones are on the right in same place as mine http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...ght=tk+holster suspose i will never know for sure who put it on hope like it cheers Dave

        I guess it's a vet's bring back, as a german soldier wouldn't do so, seems. Anyhow, I once met a Blue Division vet (Inf. Div. 250) that had his wallet covered with all kind of german insignia, TK included. He died some years ago and I don't know what happened with the wallet

          IMO it's a GI embellishment.
          Holster was a government property, so anything like that was forbidden by regulations.
