These may be from an MP-36, an ERMA prototype for the MP-38. Check out Volume 7, #10 of the American magazine "Small Arms Review" for the story entitled "MP-36 The Missing Link" by W.R. Mendenhall. The article has good photos of an MP-36 that is in a private collection here in the U.S., including photos of the wooden grips.
