    Markings on a Mauser M1914 ??? RBDMg. 95.

Does anybody know what unit these markings are from on this 1920 Mauser Model 1914?

    RBDMg. 95.

I believe they're from the Weimar era. Most likely Reichsbahn Dienst Mönchengladbach.

Might also be an RBD Machinegun unit.

I believe the pistol is early post WWI, which as suggested would put it into the Weimar era. The Reichswehr property stamp may be as a result of the pistol being confiscated, whether military or not, and receiving the grip marking later.

Reichs Bahn Direktion Mg, is correct, with 1920 property stamp it was police or army pistol later used by Railway police unit.
