What are these Proof marks? Proof Marks from St. Etienne?

I am trying to find out who's proof marks are shown in these pictures. My research seems to indicate that it may be French. This item is a Traverse lug for a German MG08 Style Machine gun. St. Etienee is known to have made less expensive Tripods for the German's MG08 Sled mount. Turkey seems to have bought many before the war. So its very possible that this is off a French tripod if the proof are French. Can anyone confirm who's proof marks these are?

This proof looks like an "H" in something that reminds me of a tall african style drum? Or maybe thats suppose to be a bullet with an "H" in it?

This proof looks like a Crown over crossed "Something" over a "G", all in a circle.

Does anyone know French proofs well enough to say if they think it is French?
