A friend of mine has offered to sell me this G43 scope, mount and box. I know that they are heavily faked and would appreciate any input on the originality of this set.

I cant say anything about the box and mount,the scope is good,but has been used by the czech postwar,I have been told when the numbers in the scope has been deleted with a line through them,they are used postwar.

Scope may have been "refinished" after post war usage as the numbers appear to have been restamped over the marks that were scratched through them. Id look this one over carefully to see if the mount has been refinished as well,Comment
