      It's not a Bolo. It's a standard Prewar Commercial, made in 1912-14 timeframe, for civilian market. Condition is, anyway, outstanding.

          Standard Prewar Commercial broomhandles serial numbers production spans from around 40000 to 280000.

            Not a Bolo.

            Shortened barrel and sometimes fixed sight are big indicators of bolos.

            Two extremely nice pieces.

              I sure haven't seen them all, but never saw a Bolo with fixed sights. Following WWI a number of Broomhandles had their barrels cut back to under 4 inches, and the adjustable rear sight was replaced with a fixed sight, but this was to comply with the Treaty of Versailles. Some will also show the 1920 Reichswehr property mark. These pistols will still have the full size grip.
