Well, I got this in a packet last friday, just wanted to show:

It doesn't look really special but in pic #2 you can see the original tan paint under that black/ grey one. The feed tray came in the same lot, will go into my 'E Kasten'

What I like of it is the maker's code: 'ddf'. it matches another one I cleaned some years ago:

I can't remember if this one will complete my third or fourth drum carrier. I still have to clean some of the others though. Thanks for looking

Had you ever seen those drum carriers carriers? I believe they are for the moto sidecars.

Just renewing an old tread:

Can you explain how you clean the drums?
I have a carrier with two drums, they are all einheitsfarben but than overpainted with a thick dark blue /feldgrau paint.
I tried a bit with aceton but the einheitsfarben also reacts with the aceton, showing the red primer underneath.

What can I use?

Yes they did have a 3 letter code, I believe it was btm or bjm, but not sure now. I've got it (sold one) stored somewhere...do you need the exact code?
