Luger holster? - opinions appreciated.

Good salty one, a WWI Lüger holster IMO. If you look under the flap, with some luck you may find the maker's mark (it doesn't seem to be at the rear or on the front panel here). You'll have to look closely, as they were often very faint ; and let us know the results...

Construction of the magazine pouch indicates it is either Imperial or Weimar period army holster for the P08 Luger. As Edelweiss says, it should be maker marked and dated.

In the US market right now, no more than $150, probably closer to $75. A lot depends on markings; if it were unit marked to a unit that a collector wanted to complete a "rig" it could draw much more.
