Optic for MG34?

In this topic is my question about this little optic.

So the reason why i post it here, mayby you guys know more about this optical. What I heard today from a militaria dealer that this piece belonged to the MG34. Is this correct??

Hi,

no not for MG34, but for maybe some other use, like artillery etc or somthing, the mg34 optics are the MGZ or MGZ40.

Maybe a test model? SVmilitaria they told me it was a viewer for the MG34, but if you say that only the MGZ40 the MG34 then i believe you.
