Hi,
I am looking at a mauser k98 DOU 45. I had a chance to closely examine it and the bolt matches the number marked on the barrel. Looking at the other parts they match as well. It has waffenmarks, They are visisble with only the swastika peened out. It has no other marks on it. The bolt has an electro penciled 45 on it. It appears to be a russian capture. The bore has a mirror polish and is in good shape. What are the chances that the bolt and the gun stayed together. It comes with a what looks like original sling and cleaning rod and has the hood sight. The guy wants 400.00 what do you think. This is my first foray in into ww2 firearms. It did some research into it and it seems the rcs are usually miss matched.
Thanks
