i have this k98 sling
what is your opinion WW2 or post war

Imo the sling is postwar and the frog could be ww2 but I need to see that

in hand.

The sling adjuster tells me this is not a German WW2 example.
The pin fixing it to the sling should be ground flat and not raised/peened.
Also the cross hatching on the sling looks wrong !
