i got here a photo.
it shows a ss man entering a ju52.
he is wearing this gun, seem to be a suomi, but the barrel seem to be different.

Any more of the plane shown. Fascinating. A courier flight for a Kriegsberichter? Isn't that a camera hanging from his right arm, or is it around the neck of the NCO?

Barrel jacket is correct, they didn't have a compensator until 1943. The soldiers didn't like it that they added it. I have both variants for my Suomi.
