holster identification

Hello all,
I think this might be for a Lahti?
Finnish? Swedish? something else? There are NO markings anywhere. (Well none that were official) Someone attempted to write their name in there.

For the 1950/60s Austrian rural police Hi-Power. They were imported into the US, holsters and marked guns.
