German bcd43 K98 original?

Hello guys,

I need your opinion. I can buy this K98 made by bcd in 1943.
But now I am wondering is this K98 original WWII manufactured and not post-war made? Or used after the war by other forces?
And what you guys think about the sling?

What would be the value of this rifle?

From this pics its a postwar reassembled 98K with postwar stamps
and reblued. The electric stencil on the bolt is also not wartime
Sling looks to be original

If you look for a original 98K this is not the one IMO

It may be one of those Russian captures. They have electropenciled numbers and are mostly refinished. Mostly good only as shooters.

yes it is, as deko with some luck here you can get one for 100 euro on show. the are reworked post war but still all original.

Yes, they are original, but refinished therefore original finish is gone. Also most have German marks removed. They are also assembled from various parts from different rifles and electropencil forced matched. In most collectors opinions they are very far from original untouched, matching examples. However pricewise good alternative for expensive untouched ones.
