    mauser pistol

    I just picked this up from a Vet but "what did I get "? Its 7.65 cal., came with two clips , this holster and serial number is 606552 , I would rate the pistol mint, could someone help me as to value ? Im going to sell it as firearms are not my field, thanks

    Mauser 1934 Commercial

    Your pistol is a Mauser 1934 Commercial manufactured in 1940 with a commercial holster I assume since you did not mention any markings.

      You will need to post much better photos if you want anybody to help with the value. I don't mean to sound rude or anything, it's just that you describe it as mint, but then say you don't know anything about guns.

      The photo on the left makes it look pretty nice. The photo on the right makes it look refinished. The devil is in the details in coming up with values and everyone will want to be able to see the details. Hope this helps.
