    Selling 2 rifles

    I have couple WWII Arisaka Carbines to sell as parts guns, neither one is in working condition. Do they still have to ship to gun store. Sorry for the stupid question I have never sold a fire arm on line before. 1 has no bolt and no chamber spring and plate. the other has a bolt but no firing pin, both are pretty beet up. Thanks Dan

    Yes. They are still firearms so they would need to go through a FFL.

        Every piece but the action can be shipped to a non FFL, but the action will always be the "firearm" as far as the BATF is concerned.

          The rifles can be shipped to a collector on the 03 C&R lic.

            You might want to take all the parts less receiver/barrel and sell on e-bay.
            Use the barrel in the garden..

                Arisakas also make great fence posts to keep the rabbits out of your vegetable garden!!
