Need Help to Identify this Loading Tool

Hoping some of our members could help in the identification of what appears to be a loading tool. Very nicely finished blackened metal that is roughly 1.5 inches long x 1 inch wide by 1.5 inches high. The piece looks as if it is made to slip over a stick magazine for loading. The heavy back plate is machined at the inside top for stripper clips and at the bottom it has a shallow curved machined area. Top has a swivel link or clevis with a small snap coupler attached. Really very well made. No maker marks that I can locate. Pictures attached, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
