Possibilities of shipping a mg42 lafette to france?

I haven't sent any from UK to France, but I got several lafette34 from Norway and Germany moving around Europe and some dreibein34 going to Russia and Australia and never had any problem. Perhaps you might have to split it in two packets, depending on the maximum weight the mail service might take in one packet.

        Hello,

I recently bought a Lafette from Norway and had it shipped to the UK, the seller split the Lafette into 2 parts; tha main sled being one parcel whilst the legs/base being the other.

The postage worked out around £100 with insurance cover up to the value of £1600.

The only drama I had was the second parcel was stopped at customs and I had to pay £25 import tax

I shouldn't imagine the prices for shipping to France would be vastly different from the above.

        Regards,

        Mark.
