A fried of mine has this pistol. Can someone tell me what is is? I told him i would try to find out something about it. Unfortunately i only have the one pic.

Your friend has an Ortgies pistol, probably in 7.65mm Browning made in the 1920/30s. The holster is one of the Audley patented holsters produced in the US during the same time period. -

Ortgies like they said. They were made during the 20's and were at one time the most popular gun to buy here in the states. Extremely common and affordable. I would pay 200 max.Comment
