Help on 2nd Variation PPK

I have a really nice WWII era PPK, 2nd variation Police marked eagle over C pistol that I may need to use to complete a trade deal with a fellow collector ,, Have a look at the pics and I would appreciate your thoughts on present day value ,,

Very nice pistol that looks like a 99%'r.

I would think it's value at about $2,000. - $2,400.

price quoted seems little high , specially in this market. excellent condition , & police marked is the plus one would hope.
just saying I've seen them priced less And NOT selling.

I agree that $2,000+ is a little high as I have been looking for a nice wartime PPK and checking the prices. However that is one very nice pistol you have!
