    ZF41 Database

    Hi, I have been studying on ZF41 scopes and collecting their data. I have put the list on the web so that anyone can take a look.

      Can you tell me the serial numbers and the markings of your ZF41s?
      As you know, my ZF41 list is still very short and I am always looking for data to update the list.

        Here are a couple ZF40 41/1 dow blue + no sn:, ZF and 41/1 in milled out slot cag blue + no. sn:... green scope can with webb strap numbered to rifle 7996c hope this help, all mounts are duv....wfg

          Bill, thank you for the information. The serial numbers of ZF41/1 scopes are usually on the ocular tube. If you take off the rear rainshield, perhaps you will see the number on top of the tube. Please check it if you can. Much appreciated.

                    Thank you for the data. May I ask you another favour of checking the lubrication code (O,+ or triangle) on the scope?
                    And Ostmark,
                    I guess your ZF41 is an early type like one shown in the picture below (note the elevation ring). Am I right?

                          Here are a couple numbers for you;

                          DOW- blue +, ZF.40 "lined out" then added 41/1,numbered 1286 rear apeture, large knurled adjustment ring. Missing adjustment cover ( Know of any for sale? )

                          ddv- blue dot and +, Z.F41 marked, numbered 3402, small knurled adjustment knob.

                          Mounts numbered 5374 and 23096.

                              Yes my scope looks exactly like yours shown in the pic ...
                              The lubrication code is an "o" ... and you can never ask to much
                              questions in an Forum like this, because therefore this forum exists
