lafette optics mount

Hello,
i have recentally aquired this Lafette optics mount and was wondering if it was original? i am sceptical due to the tan anodized surface rather than the common green and due to the markings, there are no waffen amps
the only markings are a 159 and a oval with what looks like a k 13 i know that it is made out of aluminum and looks just like originals do

I believe the oval stamp is a Yugo one. The letters in the stamp are TK-13, that would be a technical department of the former Yugo army.
The rest of the 'lafette' looks nice original, from what I can see in the pics...Can you show a bit more?
